How we deliver earthworks
Site Strip & Topsoil Management
We strip and segregate topsoil at the start of every earthworks package, stockpiling material for reuse or arranging disposal where required. Clean, efficient strip operations set the programme up from the start.
Bulk Excavation & Cut and Fill
Excavation is carried out using our own plant, with material moved, reused or removed as dictated by the cut and fill strategy. Regular survey checks confirm volumes and formation levels as work progresses.
Compaction & Formation
Fill material is placed and compacted in engineered layers to the specified density. Formation levels are checked against design and confirmed before any infrastructure works above begin.
Final Check & Handover
Finished earthworks are surveyed and recorded before handover. We provide the client with confirmation of achieved levels, compaction records and any material documentation required for sign-off.
